Equipment Design and Fabrication

Our fabrication shop handles carbon steel, stainless steel, and specialty alloys. All pressure equipment is designed to ASME Section VIII standards with U-stamp certification when required.

Equipment Installation and Maintenance

We install rotating equipment, static equipment, and process machinery with proper alignment, foundation work, and piping connections. Maintenance services include predictive maintenance, equipment overhauls, bearing replacement, shaft alignment, and vibration analysis to prevent failures and extend equipment life.

Piping System Design and Installation

We design and install process piping systems to ASME B31.3 standards. Services include piping layout, stress analysis, support design, and installation. We work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping for various services, including high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive fluids.

Material Handling Systems

Design and installation of conveyors, overhead cranes, hoists, pneumatic transfer systems, and bulk material handling equipment. We size systems for the required throughput and integrate them with existing plant operations.

Plant Layout and Process Optimization

We develop plant layouts that improve material flow, reduce handling steps, and meet safety clearance requirements. Services include equipment arrangement, 3D modeling, access platform design, and maintenance space planning.

Welding and Fabrication

Our certified welders perform SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW welding on structural steel, piping, and equipment. All welding follows AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX procedures with radiographic and ultrasonic testing when specified.

Energy Efficiency Assessments

We conduct energy audits to identify mechanical system inefficiencies, including compressed air leaks, steam trap failures, insulation deficiencies, and equipment oversizing. We recommend improvements that reduce energy consumption and operating costs.
