Metering Skids

Greenpeg designs, fabricates, and commissions metering skids for custody transfer, fiscal metering, and allocation measurement in the oil and gas sector. Our metering skids incorporate flow meters (Coriolis, ultrasonic, turbine), flow computers, control valves, pressure and temperature transmitters, samplers, and prover connections, all integrated on a structural steel frame for field installation.

We build LACT (Lease Automatic Custody Transfer) units for crude oil measurement at flow stations and export terminals, and gas metering skids for production and sales measurement at gas processing facilities. Every skid is factory acceptance tested (FAT) before shipment to ensure measurement accuracy and system integrity.

Customized Instrumentation Systems

Every process has unique measurement requirements. Greenpeg designs and installs customized instrumentation systems for measuring pressure, temperature, flow, level, humidity, pH, conductivity, and other process variables. We select the right measurement principle and instrument model for your specific fluid, process conditions, and accuracy requirements.

Our instrumentation services include instrument specification and data sheet preparation, procurement of instruments from authorized OEM channels, field installation (including tubing, wiring, and mounting), instrument calibration and loop checking, and integration with your plant’s control system.

We handle both greenfield installations (new plants) and brownfield projects (upgrades and expansions of existing facilities), and our engineers are experienced in working within live operational environments, including hazardous areas.

Calibration Services

Accurate instruments are the foundation of product quality, process safety, and regulatory compliance. Greenpeg provides field and workshop calibration services for pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, flow meters, level instruments, control valves, safety devices, and analytical instruments.

We use Beamex MC6 multifunction calibrators and Beamex CMX calibration management software to deliver documented, traceable calibrations that meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and industry-specific standards for oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage.

Our calibration services include scheduled preventive calibration programs, as-found/as-left documentation, calibration certificate generation, and recommendations for instrument replacement when performance has degraded beyond acceptable limits.

Turnkey Instrumentation Project Management

For large-scale instrumentation projects, Greenpeg provides turnkey project management from concept through commissioning. We manage the complete scope, including front-end engineering design (FEED), detailed design, instrument procurement, construction management, installation supervision, loop testing, and commissioning.
