Automation Drives

Variable frequency drives (VFDs) and servo drives are central to modern industrial automation, controlling motor speed and torque for pumps, fans, conveyors, mixers, compressors, and production machinery. Greenpeg supplies, installs, and commissions drives from Danfoss, SEW-EURODRIVE, Schneider Electric, and Rockwell Automation.

PLC Programming and Control System Upgrades

Programmable logic controllers are the backbone of automated production lines, batch processes, and machine control. Greenpeg’s automation engineers develop custom PLC programs that control everything from simple conveyor sequences to complex batch processing and motion control applications.

We program on multiple platforms, including Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and CompactLogix (using Studio 5000), Schneider Electric Modicon (using EcoStruxure Control Expert), and Siemens S7 (using TIA Portal). Our programming follows IEC 61131-3 standards with structured, modular code that is easy for your maintenance team to understand and modify.

Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
