Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will own regional sales performance, drive revenue growth, and build high-performing sales teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

  • 5+ years’ experience in technical/engineering sales or leadership roles

  • Demonstrated track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets

  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
