Facility & HSE Support Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Facility & HSE Support Officer to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations while supporting health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct facility and HSE inspections across offices, warehouses, and operational areas

  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities

  • Monitor contractor compliance with safety regulations

  • Support HSE implementation and emergency preparedness initiatives

  • Maintain facility, IMS, and HSE documentation and reports

  • Ensure safety equipment is inspected and properly maintained

Requirements

  • HND/B.Sc. in Engineering, Environmental Science, Facility Management, OHS, or related field

  • 1–3 years’ experience in Facility Management or HSE role

  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
