Job Purpose
Greenpeg Nigeria Limited is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Brand & Communications Manager to lead the company’s branding, communications, and marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated brand campaigns, strengthening Greenpeg’s digital presence, creating compelling content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into impactful marketing and communication initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
A. Brand Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement Greenpeg’s overall brand strategy.
- Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns that increase awareness and generate business opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline communication channels.
- Develop brand guidelines and maintain corporate identity standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
B. Marketing & Digital Communications
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Grow Greenpeg’s online presence through engaging campaigns and strategic content.
- Manage the company’s website content and digital communications.
- Coordinate marketing activities for product launches, events, exhibitions, and corporate initiatives.
- Work closely with designers and content creators to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
C. Content Development & Storytelling
- Create compelling marketing content, articles, press releases, case studies, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Develop communication strategies that effectively communicate Greenpeg’s solutions and impact.
- Manage corporate communications and public relations initiatives.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging.
D. Brand Experience & Customer Engagement
- Enhance customer experience through consistent and memorable brand interactions.
- Develop campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Coordinate internal communications to promote company culture and employee engagement.
- Support corporate social responsibility (CSR) and employer branding initiatives.
E. Campaign Performance & Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Measure key marketing metrics including website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and customer insights.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand management, communications, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing brand campaigns and corporate communications.
- Experience working in B2B, engineering, industrial, or technology sectors is an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and integrated communications.
- Experience with SEO, content marketing, social media management, and web analytics.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
